Project Description

This project qualifies as the first new elementary school complex built by the Archdiocese of Chicago in thirty-five years. The complex consists of an 810-student K-8 school and religious education center which integrates itself with the existing St. Elizabeth Seton Church facility. The 28 classrooms, 6 specialty classrooms/laboratories, and a gymnasium are incorporated around the “schools within schools” concept to create a more intimate environment for the students. A new Parish Life Center as well as the expansion and remodeling of the current church, gathering, and devotional spaces were also included in the project’s scope of work.
