About This Project

JNKA is currently in the Construction Documents Phase for this new senior living community in Glen Carbon, Illinois, for the Catholic Diocese of Springfield. The facility will be operated by Franciscan Ministries and will provide 108 Independent Living Apartments, 37 Assisted Living Residences, 32 Memory Care Units, and 10 Pocket Neighborhoods with 60 Active Independent Living Cottages. The Town Center will feature a prominent chapel, wellness center, library, theatre, and multiple dining venues and cafes.
