Project Description

JNKA developed a 110,000 s.f. combined master plan for the Midtown Educational Foundation’s Midtown Center and the St. Mary of the Angels School to provide a new multi-purpose gymnasium to serve both organizations as well interior renovations and new entrances, lobbies, classrooms, offices and support spaces to further improve and expand both facilities. The scope of work also includes an adaptive re-use conversion of a former convent building into a new preschool facility and the design of a new 4300 s.f. I.T./Multi-Purpose Room within an existing two-story vaulted space in the school that originally served as a worship space for the parish before the current church was constructed in 1920.
